As one of the top academic achievers at his school, Hoërskool Wonderboom, Ewan was invited by Travel and Sport to go on their 9th Annual Academic Achievers Tour 2024!
During the October 2024 holiday, they will have a choice between touring the East Coast of America, to attend private lectures and/or visits at MIT, Harvard, Yale University, Columbia and Princeton OR touring to Ireland & England, with top Universities lined up such as Trinity College, Cambridge and Queen Mary's University. Lectures cover an array of globally significant topics; mixed in with visits to world-renowned sites and museums!
The prices of the tours are R77,970.00 for the USA and R69,990.00 for Ireland & England at the current exchange rate. Ewan still has to decide where he wants to go - to him, it is a very important decision as he is dreaming of becoming a Scientist. This is a surprise and welcome step into his future. A future not looking that far-fetched anymore.
Ewan is 16 years old and currently in Grade 10. This year he received his 10th Academic Achievement for an average of above 80% for all 4 terms and this year, Honorary Colors for Academic Achievement.
Ewan doesn't just dream big, he works hard, very hard and as his mother who has witnessed his journey through this life, I see this opportunity as an award for all his years of hard work, the first step into his very bright future.
Please help me make this dream come true as I and those who love him so much and believe in him and his dream do not have the money to fund this tour.
The deposit of R9,500.00 for the USA or R7,500.00 for Ireland & England must be paid on 15 December 2023.
