I have clearly lost the plot... I will be joining Madswimmer.com for this year's East African event!

We will be swimming up the West coast of Bazaruto island, Mozambique. It is an estimated 34km and will take us about 12 hours... currents permitting! I am planning on swimming more than half the distance.

I am very excited (terrified) to be involved in this madness as it is in aid of raising funds for 3 great charities. The charities that have been selected work to give support and opportunities to vulnerable children in South Africa and empower the communities in Bazaruto.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated and will help inspire me to keep going.
