On the 24th of January 2024 my cousin was admitted in the new netcare hospital due to severe headaches and vommiting and a sore neck. The CT scan was done and she was there by told she needs to go for physio as it is only a neck spasm. She went for the physio and used the medication the Dr prescribed for her. On Sunday afternoon her husband gave us a call to tell us we need to meet him at the hospital again. A MRI scan was done and it showed a blood clot on the brain. She is currently still in hospital and we do not have the funds to send her for the recovery treatment once she gets discharged. She will need a speech therapist to teach her hoe to speak as her speach is affected and currently she cannot speak as well as her right side of her body will need therapy due to the stroke she had on sunday afternoon. Please help my cousin as she has 2 beautiful boys that need their mommy. The treatment can take up to 9 months to just try and get her back to being her normal, bubbly self. I beg of you to assist.

The CT SCAN was done and she was there by told she needs to go for Physio as it is only a neck spasm. She went for the physio and used the medication the Dr prescribed for her.

 

On Sunday afternoon her husband gave us a call to tell us we need to meet him at the Hospital again. A MRI SCAN was done and it showed a blood clot on the brain.  From there we had to move her to a Provincial Hospital called CHRIS HANI BARAGWANATH HOSPITAL. She is currently still in hospital and we do not have the funds to send her for the recovery treatment once she gets discharged. She will need a speech therapist to teach her how to speak as her speach is affected and currently she cannot speak as well as her right side of her body (Mostly her right arm and hand) will need therapy. 

 

The update today 30 January 2024.

 

On the early hours this morning Elzaan has a seizure, with her having the seizure they need to do test and see what could have caused it. For now the drew fluids from her back/spine to send it away and see if there is fogg on her brain.

 

The CT SCANS have not yet been done as she is on a waiting list. This can take up to 5 days of not longer before they can see how big the damage is. I plead of you to help us raise the funds to get her private assistance as soon as possible.

 

Please help my cousin as she has 2 beautiful boys that need their mommy. The treatment can take up to 9 months to just try and get her back to being her normal, bubbly self. Every sent towards raising these funds for her will help.
