Recently becoming a dad has given me a new perspective and outlook on life, it's not about what you have in your life it's about who you have in your life and making the most of every opportunity.

I have decided to take on the challenge of Half and Full Ironman 2018 and I'm doing it for the Kids, doing it for the Smiles and doing for the positive futures of our children.
