Personal message

"...just keep swimming", Dory said in Finding Nemo.

That will be the mantra on 29 October when I join the Mad Swimmers for the first time in this adventure of crossing Lake Malawi in which I aim at swimming 15 of the 28 km from Makanjila Point to Senga Bay.

Please support me financially in this big, hairy and scary goal to raise funds for abused and underprivileged children through The Teddy Bear Clinic and Geleentheid Trust.

* Ever thought it would be tough appearing in court?
Imagine what a daunting experience that must be if you were a child, an abused one at that. The Teddy Bear Clinic supports such children through the whole process from medicals to their appearance in court and reintegration.

* Ever wanted to develop yourself but did not have the funds?
Geleentheid Trust gives this opportunity to talented young people by funding their schooling.
