Personal message
As a kid I’ve always loved being in the water. My grandmother called me “Esther Williams” a famous American swimmer. I started swimming more seriously. A few people have said why not swim the Midmar Mile? Now at 43 I’m taking the plunge and swimming my first openwater race - because I can.
Losing both my parents at a very young age to cancer this cause is close to my heart and is a wonderful opportunity to raise money for the little people and their families to try add a rainbow and smile to their lives.
