Personal message

Running changed my life six years ago and has made me a better person, both from a physical (health) and mental perspective; and I love the sport!

I have always wanted to run for a purpose other than achieving my own personal goals. The Rainbows and Smiles post the other day on Run Zone was the perfect kick-start I needed to do exactly that. I have perused their Corporate brochure and I think that their organisation is doing a wonderful thing by making a real difference in the lives of children who are terminally ill.

If I can play a small part of making a difference in someone’s life by driving this wonderful initiative through my running and fund raising then I would be most grateful.
