Urethroplasty Reconstruction Surgery Campaign

I have chronic kidney disease stage 5, causing 4-17% kidney function. I urgently need surgery to remove a urethral blockage. I currently have a suprapubic catheter (in my stomach) since September 2023 causing extreme pain. The state hospitals can maybe assist me within the next 2 years. Due to a recent foot amputation, I'm unemployed. Removal of the restriction is necessary for dialysis, which I cannot access at the moment.
