Jay dog got shot protecting owners Campaign

My name is Ruzanne and I am creating this page for a dog of friends who was involved in an armed robbery. 

A boerboel dog of 1 year and 11 months got shot on Friday 1 December 2023, during a home evasion. 5 guys with guns came in and robbed his family. Unfortunately they shot him. He needs an operation to repair his broken leg and to get the bullet out that hit him. 

He was shot in the face, only a flesh wound, but it went through to his leg and from the impact of the shot his leg broke. 

He needs an operation to attach the bones and remove the bullet. The operation will cost between R10 000 to R15 000.

He is currently at the vet and stable. 

Please help save this precious boy as his owners are devastated.
