POLISH ASSOCIATION OF SIBERIAN DEPORTEES IN SOUTHEAST AFRICA
Polish Association of Siberian Deportees in SA is an association formed by the 1st Generation and then subsequently 2nd Generation of more than 500 Polish children deported to Siberia by the USSR in WW2, who eventually landed in South Africa as war refugees children in South Africa and various other southern African countries.
The association works on various projects to memorialise the history of the Polish war refugee children in Southern Africa. We are building a memorial in Oudtshoorn at the CP Nel Museum and need funding to complete it.
