Help a transwoman to get surgery Campaign

Hello everyone. My name is N.J. , I'm in my 20's, and I'm a mtf transgender individual from SA, who is seeking help with funds towards Gender Confirmation Surgery and FFS.

I came out as trans when I was around 15 years old and had a few struggles along the way, one of them was with having gender dysphoria (distress caused by someone's birth gender).

A few months before my 19th birthday, I started my journey with hormone replacement therapy, wich brought quite a few changes. While hormones feminizes your body tissue (fat/muscle and brings emotional changes.etc), you will still need to get surgery to change your bottom parts.

Since i was little, I have always felt uneasy with my genitalia. Many times before I went to sleep, I prayed and wished for my bottom parts to be gone by the time that I woke up, but unfortunately it doesn't work like that.

I have missed out on many life experiences, due to myself being trapped in the wrong body. I am limited on daily activities, to what I can do and what I can wear. Sometimes it's difficult to get a day over, without getting upset or sad about my struggles.

Gender Confirmation Surgery would be the best option for me. I want to raise money so that I can have the surgery, so that I can feel more comfortable with myself and to be free. Sometimes it's hard to explain my story, because not everyone understands it.

I can't rely on state care for surgery, because there is a waiting list of 25 years, that's why private care are my only hope. The cost of transgender bottom surgery is R300 000 in South African Rands .

In addition to bottom surgery, I'm also trying to raise funds for 2 facial feminization procedures (wich would be to feminize my chin and nose). Cost is +- R180 000 based on quotes.

Total amount that I want to raise = R480 000 South Africa Rands, (25263.15789 USD).
