Saving Diego Campaign

 Diego found a forever home and was set to leave with his new family on Wednesday, 29 November. Unfortunately, on Tuesday morning he collapsed and was rushed to the vet. 

After many tests and scans, it was found that Diego has a herniated diaphragm as a result of of previous trauma. Vets suspect this happened a while ago as it often takes this condition a while to manifest and when it does, it is critical. He has a lot of fluid on the lungs and scans show his liver has travelled towards his heart. 

Diego needs surgery if he has any chance of survival. The surgery he requires is expensive and specialised - and very expensive.

His new family is simply not able to afford this surgery and his school family is trying their hardest to help this special boy out. 

Diego has a safe, warm home waiting for him and this sweet boy deserves to experience this for the first time.
