Dentures for titanium Bridge Campaign

Hello,

I'm urgently seeking assistance for a painful dental issue. Unable to afford medical aid, I worked for the Department of Health for 15 years until being medically boarded in 2008. My lower jaw dentures, supported by titanium rods, urgently need replacement due to wear, causing discomfort and mouth ulcers. The state hospital only extracts teeth and doesn't provide dentures.

I'm reaching out for help to raise funds for new dentures, covering dental lab costs and the dentist's procedure.I reside out of town and will also need funds for transport cost. Your support will greatly impact my health.
