My name is Denise Human 58 years old female from Seaview Port Elizabeth South Africa.
It is with a hopefull heart that I reach out to you for assisting me in my medical problem that is becoming very painfull and embarrasing. I use to have a medical aid until 2011. I was a employee for the Department of Health services for 15 years and was medically boarded in 2008. I cannot afford a medical aid with my small pension income and also receive a prorata Sassa grant.
I had my lower jaw inplant done in 1998 due to no bone left to support dentures. Had 4 titanium metal rods implanted in my lower jaw to support dentures which clip on and off. The lower jaw dentures are fitted with 3 plastic caps that clip onto the metal implant bridge. The plastic caps have wearned out and the dentures are almost just the frame left with the teeth been eaten away resulting the teeth to move around in my mouth falling out and causing severe mouth ulcers on my gums as food rub between the gums and loose dentures.
I am in desperate need of a new set of dentures and cannot afford to do it. Dentures must be replaced every 5 years and had mine done in 2009.I attend the state hospital for my back problem and GERD colon diverticilea disease. The state hospital only extract teeth they do not supply dentures.
Proof of my current dentures as well as an x-ray of the jaw implant and qoute for the dental lab and dentist procedure cost. Funds will be use for dental Lab casting the moulds full upper and lower dentures pre fab attachments and cost for the dentist in removing the upper titanium bar for fitting of dentures. Scan and new x-ray of the implant in the lower jaw for precision of fitting the dentures correctly will also be done.
It is with gratitude that I make this plea to you to help me raise the funds for new dentures and it will have such a positive result in my health.

Hello,
I'm urgently seeking assistance for a painful dental issue. Unable to afford medical aid, I worked for the Department of Health for 15 years until being medically boarded in 2008. My lower jaw dentures, supported by titanium rods, urgently need replacement due to wear, causing discomfort and mouth ulcers. The state hospital only extracts teeth and doesn't provide dentures.
I'm reaching out for help to raise funds for new dentures, covering dental lab costs and the dentist's procedure. I reside out of town and will also need funds for transport cost. Your support will greatly impact my health.
