Hi everyone,

I'm riding the 94.7 this year for the NSPCA as a small way of helping such an amazing team. I had to put down my rather incredibly old Jack Russell this year. She was an SPCA special, and was later saved by the SPCA when she slipped through a gate. Without this organisation I would not have had such a loving animal in my life.

What amazes me is how little they get by with -- Gauteng only has a handful of branches and they are overwhelmed. Where else do you take an animal when you find it wandering the streets? 

Any donation will help. The NSPCA needs it to house stray animals and send out inspectors to make sure animals are not abused -- and myriad other tasts nobody else is willing to do.
