Personal message

I'm always keen to take on sports challenges that demand that I bring my mental mastery as well as physical stamina to the table.So when a friend encouraged me to tackle the gruelling 65km course of the Ultra-trail Cape Town (UTCT), I naturally jumped at the opportunity!
I've been training for the race with a group of friends and we've decided that the race should have a greater significance behind it. We've decided to dedicate our race to the heroes at Red Cross Children's Hospital. The daily heroism that the doctors, nurses, general hospital staff as well as the young patients in their care display every day, fuels and inspires us.
To this end, I'd like to raise R10 000 for the hospital that has served so many children so well over the years. Please help me reach my target and change a young person's life.
