Last year we decided to buy bicycles and try something new and exciting. So we started to ride. We found a new life through the eyes of cyclists and was hooked on getting dirty and sweaty and just having a damn good time.

 We then came across a little piece of doggy heaven called Barking Mad. A little safe haven for abused, abondoned and neglected dogs. Little fur loving creatures who no longer had homes and were kicked onto the street. Barking Mad is a non-profit organisation that helps these dogs to become themselves again, to find joy in the world and to love humans again. Each dog is given the care, love and joy it needs. They are given the best that any dog or human could need and given a second chance at a better home where they find true love once again.

We decided to ride the 94.7 and raise some money for these creatures. Little did we know we would make such an amazing impact on so many people and also meet such great people who are willing to go the distance for a little soul they never even met. We raised over R20, 000.00 last year and this year even though it is a very short time we want to try again.

Help us to help them. Be their voice and I challenge you to make a difference and come on this journey with us. Ride for a purpose and wear the Barking mad cyclists shirt proudly.
