Brian's remarkable and undeniable passion and love for cooking and connecting people through the culinary art is fascinating. Since a young age his dream has always been to add value to human dignity through this medium and reaching those in need of upliftment with the message of hope that this form of art can provide. Brian is currently a 1st year culinary arts student at the Hurst Campus in Paarl, and he was able to start his studies, thanks to a sponsor who agreed to cover half his cost. Brian urgently need co-sponsors to aid him in realising his dream.
