Brandon van Niekerk is my best friend's brother but he is family for me as well he is a 21 year old dad who has stage 4 Testicular Terratoma Cancer. He has been very sick these past few weeks and his family currently don't have the all the funds that is needed. He is not just a father but a son, brother and very good friend.

He really is struggling and his family need urgent help getting him admitted to hospital so that he can recieve Chemo and the needed scans and medication.
