Personal message

The funds raised will be used to help run a pilot program in three schools close to our head office. This program is for Grade R learners and their teachers. Each child will have their own pack of resources as well as the supply of all resources for the teacher. The program also includes training of the teachers in each school. Each class has between 40 to 50 learners. We will be helping them to understand the basic concepts covered in the curriculum and ensure that they have a firm foundation for all future learning.

The Eureka Foundation is a non-profit company (NPC) with Public Benefit Organisation status. The Foundation's main objective will be to improve the capacity of the early childhood sector in disadvantaged communities, and promote learning and educational research in South-Africa.

The objective of the Eureka Foundation is to help improve the learning potential and human competency of children in South Africa and abroad. Improving the learning potential particularly among underprivileged children by means of the holistic brain development of children in their early childhood, recognising that the best persons to stimulate and develop very young brains are the parent’s children or primary caregivers.
