Personal message
Weighing almost 95kg, I decided that I needed to make drastic change to my lifestyle.
I got into running - and the bug bit. Now as a wellness champion linked to WoW! Western Cape on Wellness, and been awarded the Silver community award for health activations done, is all the more fuelled by the great work Molly and the Cape Kidney Association does in the community.
A regular at Perfect Fit 360 events, Cape Kidney is a worthy beneficiary.

The Cape Kidney Association was founded in 1978 by a group of Nephrology Doctors and Nurses who saw the need to assist the Indigent kidney patients. Patients travel from afar as there are no dialysis units close by. We serve majority patients in the Renal Unit at Groote Schuur and Tygerberg Hospitals. Most of the patients are unemployed and some of them receive disability grants.
