In February 2023, Casey earned a spot on the Under 10 Cape Town Baseball Federation team, representing Western Cape at the Annual National Baseball Championship (NBC) in Gauteng. Thanks to the Backabuddy fund and the generous support received, Casey had a successful and enriching experience. Now, in 2024, Casey has been selected for the Under 12 Western Cape team, set to compete in PE for the annual National Baseball Championship. Casey has demonstrated exceptional dedication, balancing his academics and baseball career, excelling in both realms.
