I am Anel van der Merwe and running this crowdfunding on behalf of my daughter, Beáte van der Merwe. Beáte is a dedicated 13 year old dancer from Pretoria, South Africa and is dancing since the age of 4.  It is her passion and there is not a day that goes by without her training or dancing. She lives, eats and sleeps dance.

Beáte has qualified to represent South Africa at the Dance Star World Masters, to be held in Pores, Croatia from 19-27 May 2024. It's an event where the best meet to compete.

We are reaching out to all who read this with hope, seeking your financial support, by donating towards her dream come true. Since it is an International competition and 

an unique opportunity to fulfill her dream, we need your help as it is a major financial challenge for us.

Beáte would be honored to represent South Africa on an International stage, performing infront of 12 International judges and an International audience.

All funds raised will contribute to entry fees, accommodation, traveling costs, visas and uniforms. Any contribution, big or small, will make a significant impact. Her expenses add up to R90,000.
Our first payment is due on 5 January 2024.
