I will be running Two Oceans and Comrades (and all the other crazy things I do) in aid of Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation, who are doing an incredible job in helping children with ADHD and other mental health problems. Please support me by donating some funds to assist this charity in helping these kids to improve academically and socially.

Goldilocks and The Bear Foundation offers South Africa’s first non-profit ADHD and mental health screening and early intervention services for children in underprivileged communities. This will ensure early referral, diagnosis and treatment, and improve the quality of life of these children.
