My name is Ané, and I am from Bloemfontein, Free State, South Africa. I currently reside in Windhoek, Namibia. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Science, focusing on Animal Science last year

I am writing to express my strong interest in veterinary medicine and my desire to become a veterinarian specialising in the care of livestock and wildlife. I am starting my Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine studies at the University of Namibia (UNAM) this year and I am seeking your support to help me achieve my goals.

I began my academic journey with a BSc degree in Agricultural Science, with a focus on Animal Science. This degree has greatly enhanced my understanding of livestock production, health, and welfare. As a result, I have developed a strong passion for contributing to the animal health industry.

Your support will be instrumental in covering crucial expenses such as registration fees, tuition, accommodation, books, and transport (including fuel), allowing me to focus wholeheartedly on my education and achieving academic excellence at UNAM.

After finishing my studies at UNAM, my objective is to utilize my expertise to improve animal welfare and sustainability. I picture myself providing empathetic care, researching disease prevention strategies, and promoting responsible animal husbandry in domestic, livestock, and wildlife settings.
