Personal message

This week, to celebrate Comrades, I am joining the awesome Rainbows and Smiles team to create awareness and raise funds to support kids with cancer.

The Rainbows team never says no - if there are kids in need of help, they are there to offer support and go many extra miles.


My plan is to join Graham Parker and run a total of 90km (the normal Comrades distance), starting Monday the 7th with 10kms, followed by 11kms, 4x 12kms and then finishing with 21km on Comrades, Sunday the 13th  of June.
