On the 7th of May, I'll be attempting my longest ride ever!
The Race to the Sun is 161km off-road from Hatebeespoort to Sun City.
Once again, I am privileged to be riding for those who can't yet as part of The Recovery Foundation team. Being part of this team has aided me in turning my life around from the depths of addiction to freedom, purpose and peace.
The funds raised by The Foundation are used to help those who have nothing and are on the street or about to be put on the road. The Recovery Foundation pays for their treatment, helps them get clean, and assists with their reintegration into society, focusing on skills development, work opportunities, and a new way of life through sports and being part of a team.
