Hey friends and family, 

I am riding The Cape Town Cycle Tour for the first time ever on 10 March 2019. I chose to do this with the Bridges for Music cycle team, as BFM is a charity I beleive in. They are working tirelessly to create a better future through music, mindfulness and entrepreneurship. 

I will be riding the 110km race around Cape Town on my old school 1970s steel frame bicycle. 

I am aiming to raise a total of 10K ZAR - all of which will be going towards Bridges for Music Academy. Every bit counts (could be R20), so please help me reach my target. I promise you I will sweat for it.

Riding with the BFM Cycle Team has been a great experience for me and I look forward to continuing the journey in getting fit and supporting an amazing cause!
