Hi,

This is my second year riding the Joburg 94.7km cycle race and I have 2 goals:

1. Beat last year's time and do the race in under 4 hours.

2. Raise more than I did last year for The Recovery Foundation who do great work in helping under privileged addicts in South Africa get into treatment programmes and find a new way to live.

Your help in achieving these goals would be immensely appreciated... you guys rock!
