Personal message
Having the Table Mountain around us is one of the biggest privileges we have and we should do everything we can to keep this natural wonder safe and in tact for many generations to come.
I dedicate my run to preserving our mountain and ask all of my friends and family to contribute to SANparks so we can keep on running, walking and appreciating our favourite mountain every day.
