Dear friends, I have entered the SPAR River Mile 2015 to help fundraise for The Smile Foundation.
The Smile Foundation and the country's Academic Hospitals work together to put the smile back onto children's faces by providing free corrective facial reconstructive surgery and treatments. (see http://www.smilefoundationsa.org/)Please contribute to this most worthwhile cause by sponsoring me in the Spar River Mile and help bring the smile back to the faces of South African children.
