Hi there,

I've entered Ironman South Africa 2014, the ultimate mental and physical endurance challenge. This incredible journey started 2 years ago for me and it has changed my life forever, as a person I have grown so much and have discover so much more about me. It taught me NEVER to give up and to believe in myself, in the words of Charles Dickens….Whatever I have tried to do in life, I have tried with all my heart to do it well; whatever I have devoted myself to, I have devoted myself to completely .

It is important to know what your goals are and what motivates you when competing in this grueling challenge.

I'm honoured to be part of the The Smile Foundation Ironman Team.  We have a joint goal-to raise funds for this incredible organisation. To change the lives of children with facial conditions and to help them realise their dreams through much needed free facial reconstructive surgery.

Yesterday is but today’s memory… tomorrow is today’s dream.

Let’s make some dreams come true!!  Please help me in some way, by means of a donation, to change a child’s life.
