Two years ago I swam 36km from Capri to Naples.  I eventually got to Naples after 9 and a half ours with a craving for ice cream followed shortly by a craving for a cold beer!  That's me looking rather tired at the end - but this was before the ice cream and beer.

Now I'm off to Italy again to swim 25km to Monaco.  But this time it is with madswimmer.com for a good cause - providing education underpriveleged young South Africans (www.justtheone.org.za).

We're trying to raise R160,000 so please donate whatever you can to help us achieve this goal.
