Personal message
Being a single mom, I always did my best to instil in them good morals and values, but I had worried that they lack the guidance of a positive male role model in their lives and that's when I found out about The Character Company (TCC).
Through weekly mentoring sessions by TCC, my boys get to do activities such as rock climbing, hiking, cycling, etc. while they also learn how to be courageous, honest and respectful. I'm so grateful to all TCC mentors for selflessly committing their time and energies towards helping to raise our boys.
TCC has come up with a great initiative to raise funds and this time I'm not going to just fold my arms. Please help me make my contribution by riding with my Team (Firm Riders) for only R100 p/km at CraddleStone Mall on the 10th of November 2019. If you can't ride with us....you can still make the R100 contribution and I will ride for you. Please visit The Character Company website for more information. It's time we all step up and contribute towards eradicating the cycle of abuse against women and children!

Other than the weekly and monthly programmes, holiday camps and “one-on-one” intervention we also focus on support for single mothers and raising awareness of the impact of absent fathers on our families and society.
