Rais money for my Dad Campaign

My father has been living in Russia for nearly 16 years. Recently, he discovered that he has prostate cancer, but unfortunately, he lacks the necessary resources to access proper medical care. I have contacted the hospitals for their help but they have said that seeing as he is not a citizen of the country they cannot assist him with government care I am actively raising funds to support him and explore avenues for finding the right assistance. If anyone knows of organizations or individuals who can provide the medical attention he urgently needs, please reach out. Unfortunately I do not have much other family in Russian who is able to assist him. Should anybody have resources in Russia that help him get the medical attention he needs that will be a great help.
