Africa Championships Campaign
In 2023, I had the privilege to be chosen to represent South Africa Youth MMA team. We toured to Dubai beginning of August, and I came 4th in my weight division. This was mainly made possible by the generous donations I received from my Back-a-buddy campaign at that time.This past weekend, in fact right after the epic win from Dricus du Plessis, I was informed that I was yet again elected to represent South Africa Youth team to participate in the Africa Championships in Namibia, 27th May to 2nd June 2024.
We are planning to travel as a team to Namibia, and keep the South African flag flying high.
Since last year, I have worked hard in all my practiced disciplines, being Judo (now orange belt), BJJ (now grey with my 1st red stripe) and my MMA (now yellow orange). With this in mind, I am sure I can make a big impact in representing South Africa during this upcoming tournament.
