University Outstanding Fees 66363 Campaign

Hi...it's been 7 years being a tertiary graduate ,I am 31 years of age and a mother of two so having to raise the outstanding fees have been difficult since I have two mouths to feed .I owe the university R6000 which has to be paid so I can be able to receive my degree certificate and trust me I tried job hunting with my academic record but even today no luck I would appreciate the little help I can get .it's draining and depressing job hunting without the necessary documentation please if anyone can help plz assist.Thank you ,anything will be much appreciated.
