Chess funding 66256 Campaign
Dear Sponsor/Donor,
My name is Lukhanyo Xhonti , the Coach and founder of Masiphumelele Chess Academy. This organisation that has been nurturing young minds in the art of chess for several years. Our primary goal
at the Masiphumelele Chess Academy is to provide a safe and enriching environment for children to develop critical thinking skills, strategic
planning abilities, and sportsmanship through the game of chess. We have witnessed remarkable growth and transformation in the young
participants, both academically and personally.
We are requesting your kind support and sponsorship for the children of our club, many of whom come from the disadvantaged
communities of Masiphumelele and Ocean View. A significant challenge that we face, is ensuring that our children have the opportunity
to participate in league matches held around Western Cape. The club is also in need of a Demo board, in order to do coaching.
Transportation to these events pose a financial challenge. It is our belief, that by exposing the children to competitive play beyond our
local club meets, we can foster a greater sense of achievement and provide valuable life lessons that extend far beyond the chessboard.
We humbly request your financial support for the transport costs to these league matches.
Should you decide to support us, your generous contribution would directly boost their confidence and promoting a sense of inclusion
and accomplishment. Your sponsorship may be acknowledged in various ways, including and will be displayed on event materials. We
are open to discussing any other medium, marketing visibility or recognition that you may require.
We appreciate your consideration of this appeal for sponsorships or donations. If you have any questions or would like more information
about our club and its activities, please do not hesitate to contact me via phone at 0694528326 or [email protected] and I would
be delighted to discuss this opportunity to invest in our youth, at your earliest convenience..
Together, we can empower the children with the tools they need, to succeed both on and off the chessboard
