SA man stuck in Thailand Campaign

I went on a solo trip to Thailand, and on arrival began searching for accommodation for the duration of my stay. I then came across an advertisement for an apartment and was required to pay for the full month stay plus an extra month as a deposit, which I thought nothing of as I would get the deposit back. After travelling to the destination, I came to find out that the place did not even exist and that I had been scammed.
