Marlien Medical Bills Campaign

In November 2023, Marlien was unexpectedly diagnosed with a severe heart condition requiring urgent treatment, resulting in medical expenses totaling nearly R44,000, which she cannot afford despite having medical aid and gap cover insurance; as a retired architect struggling to find work due to the pandemic, she urgently needs assistance from friends, especially those in her dog community, to cover these expenses.
