Hospital 68967 Campaign

5 Years ago I gave birth to my baby girl . It was a horror. I went in to labour. Baby got stuck nurse jumb with full force on my stomach to get baby out. They then torn the after birth out of me. And left me for dead. They had to fight for my life 3 hours in theater. I bleed my self to death. Bud for 5 years if been fighting with hospital to fix what they did rong. Twice book me in twice book me out nothing is done. Now the problem only got worse. I need to get a Hysterectomy. I don't want to fight any more. I really need help.
