Rescued and Restored Campaign

We provide spiritual support to prisoners in a small prison in the Western Cape in South Africa. What we've learnt over the past 2years doing this while at bible college, was that up to 95% of these men reoffend and end up in prison over and over again. The rehabilitation programs focus on behavioral modification, which looking at the reoffending rate, it's not working. The program we've developed is one that will support them in and out of prison. This is a program that will support them spiritually, socially and in their bodies also through connecting the to employment opportunities. We believe that a change of behavior without a change of heart will not reduce these high numbers of men in the prison system, but a change of heart with a change of behavior will.
