Custody battle Campaign

Hi To cut it short and sweet.  Father got interim custody of a then 3.5 years little girl. Mom was misrespresented by stating that she did not have a place to stay and no fix income when in fact 4 days befor the first surprise High Court appearance, we secured a flat and she has her own business. Be it not as strong as it should be due to all the  stress.  Father has been extremely spiteful, mother alienation and grandparents on her side, does as he wants, when he wants, takes her away without notifying the mother, etc. Mom notifies him when she wants her for special occasions and this is refused.  He has had the police there several times in the hope of having her arrested for contempt of court, when all she is doing is trying to protect her daughter. He also allows the daughter to watch this whole episode of the police with the mom and only leaves once he has spoken to the police when they are done with the mother.   The daughter is definitely been indoctrinated and it is mentally affecting her. He has been getting away with everything. At last now we can received a year later, an interim report from the Family Advocate, but again the father has no regard for this. We need to go back to court the week of 18 December 2023 however the funds have now run dry.  I am pleading please, we need to make this interim report made a court order.  We have already spent 240k on the court cases. Then when the final report comes, we hopefully can ended this.  It has taken it's toll on all of us. I am please pleading with each of you, any donation, not matter how small, will all help towards us getting the daughter to her mother and we can have a happy young little girl again.  This is my granddaughter. The funds are used to pay the lawyer and the advocate. This case is very dear to my heart.
