Hit and Run No income Campaign

On my way to collect my wife's medication. Clear sunny day and I was first hit by a taxi then fell and landed under a Kia SUV. I Can't remember anything else as I was out cold and I had a head injury. Rushed to the hospital emergency operarions and now i am unable to work due to my leg, i cant pay rent, i cant buy food and more importantly i cant get my wifes medication when she needs it. I Being a barber I am unable to work. Please I just need to get through my physio and I can  slowly get back to work.
