Hi, my name is Tshegofatso Galetlole. I have recently completed my Bachelor of Social Sciences degree majoring in Organisational Psychology and Industrial and Economic Sociology at Rhodes University. I am an aspiring organisational psychologist. I am graduating this year in April, however I am faced with the obstacle of not knowing how I will be able to pay for my remaining fees. It is because of the debt that I have that I will not be able to receive my degree certificate, which will hinder my progress of furthering my studies. I also have been accepted to further my studies at the University of the Witwatersrand, however for me to register they need my to clear all my debt at my previous institution. Throughout my undergraduate studies in Organisational Psychology, I have developed a deep appreciation for the complexities of human behaviour in the workplace and the potential impact on organisational success. This honours program represents a crucial next step in my academic journey, providing me with the opportunity to delve deeper into specialised areas within Organisational Psychology. I will be honoured if anyone is willing to assist me not to face the oppression of fees so that I can continue furthering my studies.
