Education Fees in difficult times Campaign

My name is Suzie, and I stay on a small farm in Mpumalanga, 80km from Mbombela. I have been in the catering industry for the past 8 years, of which 6 years was a fixed contract with a Corporate company. In 2022 I unfortunately lost the contract, and had to start making other plans. We then moved to a small farm, where we started farming vegetables. This way we yry to survive, and cover some of our day-to- day expenses.
I have 2 daughters in Highschool, 16 and 13 respectively, and to be able to give them only the best, as any parent would, they attend to one of the best schools as well. Little did we know what the future holds. Due to the unforseen difficult circumstances in which I find myself, it is extremely difficult to meet my financial obligations. For the one daughter in grade 11, I really battled for the past 3 years to keep up, but now, with 2 in high school, it's almost impossible. Because we stay far, they have to stay in the hostel. Hostel fees amount to R85 000 for the year. School fees amount to R61 600 for the year. Not even to mention school clothes, stationary and sport necessities.
I therefor have to humble myself to ask for help, and thought back-a-buddy might be a good platform.
I'm also applying for work in the meantime, and don't just expect everything to fall into my lap.
I do this to have the best for my children. I will still try, as and when I can, to pay towards these fees as I know this is not guaranteed.
