I'm a mother of two facing numerous challenges. Seven years ago, I lost my job and since then, I've been struggling with health issues.

I'm blind in one eye and have lost all my teeth due to an accident. Without medical aid, I'm unable to get the help I desperately need. I just want to be able to support my children and be the mother I used to be.
