Making my MRI possible Campaign

As a young mom of 4, who's profession is teaching (and therefore also involving children), I'd really like to get to the bottom of the medical issue which is effecting my daily life tremendously. 

Attacks happen without warning. Symptoms range from loss of eye sight, inability to talk, unable to comprehend anything said to me, going numb in stages on the one side of my body, becoming COMPLETELY disorientated, losing the ability to hold myself upright (even in a sitting position), amongst other things. 

The new Dr then stated that the attacks are definately not just migraines, and it is suspected that parts of my brain are having seizures. This suspicion was then seconded by the private physician I was referred to. 

I was told by the physician that I'd need to have an MRI done. (a CT scan would not be sufficient as they cannot see the necessary detail in it) 

Being on medical aid, I was excited to finally be making some progress. Was I finally going to get some answers??  Only to find out my medical aid has a CO payment of R8000. 

It was then suggested I go the route of a public hospital. I have spent 3 days at our local public hospital, over the last month. I've had a CT scan done, and these Dr's have also said I would need an MRI to get some sort of result, and the reality is that a state hospital does not allow for an MRI unless critical, and even then a wait of up to 2 months can be expected for results. 

These attacks happen as often as weekly at times. Leaving me completely unable to function normally or do anything I'd need to do. Every attack leads to 2 or 3 days off work for recovery (which is now taking longer and longer after the initial attack) and a mom who cannot function as she needs to. 

Once I have managed to collect the funds needed, they'd be used to revisit the physician, go for the MRI privately, and then revisit the physician for results and a way forward. (which could possibly be being referred to our nearest neurologists  for further investigation as stated by the private physician who I was seeing)
