They are easy to use as all they require is either to be immersed in hot water or microwaved so it can be molded onto the effected limb to ones liking.

Casts are catered towards patients with servers injuries and broken bones,this will require a scan of the patients limb and a cast will be created to ones personal needs.

The advantages of 3d printed casts are unlike the plaster alternative,they are sturdier and lighter,breathable design allows air to pass,reduce infections and speed up healing time
