As an educator, it's truly disheartening to witness students with torn or damaged shoes, knowing that it's not only affecting them physically but also mentally. I strongly believe that every child should have the chance to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.

One of my students inspired me with his perseverance and gratitude when I gifted him a new pair of shoes. It was amazing to see how such a small act of kindness transformed his life, boosting his confidence and educational opportunities.

School shoes represent the journey that young learners must take to achieve a better future. They can symbolize pride or shame, depending on whether or not a student has them. The lack of shoes at the start of this journey can derail and demoralize a young learner, making them feel ashamed to attend school. This can have a significant psychological impact on a developing mind.
